The grand foyer and formal living space, Designed by Dana Kilgore of Designs Of The Interior (DOTI), features mammoth Cantera doors opening to 25 foot ceilings and thousands of feet of 24” Crema Marfil marble floors. For wow, a large lighted Japanese Cherry Blossom Tree stays lit 24/7 to give the foyer a dramatic look, even from the outside. To the right stands a circular marble staircase, and to the left, a large dining room with a suspended crystal sphere chandelier. Straight ahead is the 2-story formal living room against a round wall of glass and Italian plaster looking over the pool and Tuscan hill country views.

The Great Room/Family Room combines comfort, style, and technology. It offers it’s own Media Room Experience including dual synchronized Sony TVs, scene lighting, and modern appliances. Contemporary art, pool table, and furnishings give it a modern look, while classic maple cabinents and marble floors keep in timeless. Viking stoves and cooktops, and dual dishwashers, warming drawers, coffee bar, and a butler pantry makes for easy entertaining . 

The Master Suite underwent a $300,000 renovation in 2026! Designed by a team including Symphony of Homes Award winning designer, Sharon Radovich, the master suite features a stunning window, wall, and fireplace treatments, and spectacular views of the pool and hill country from the round sitting area, and a master closet to die for!! Designed to replicate the glamorous styling of the 1950’s with a touch of organic design to modernize the suite - The suite features a grand 4’ by 9’ art deco style Cantera steel door, exotic wall treatments, steam shower, wet bar, private laundry, Toto, etc.The suite features a full wet-bar/coffee bar with Viking refrigerator,

The bath area features an Onyx steam shower, and huge soaking tub. 

The walk-in closet features  electronically opening doors and everything one would expect in an ultimate closet, including a private laundry with an innovative LG high-capacity washer/dryer combo unit, a clothes streamer, and a separate high-value item closet.

Accessible from main house, or from a private path leading to dedicated separate parking! You can leave this house open for guests, even when traveling.
